Tournament & dance performance: That was the ALPQUELL Hockey Day 2023Over 50 children from the 2011 to 2015 cohorts in attendance// CURRENTBoarding, please! For the children of our ALPQUELL CheckerBande it went last Saturday to Kufstein (Austria), about 100 kilometers away. Because that's where the ALPQUELL Hockey Day 2023 took place.Just like the pros, the members of our Kids Club also traveled with the Red Bulls team bus to the "away game" in the Alpine Republic. Together with the CheckerBande of EC Red Bull Salzburg and some junior players of the Kufstein Dragons, a tournament with five colorful teams was held on the ice.
Beaming faces
In total, more than 50 children from 2011 to 2015 were present at the special event of our partner ALPQUELL. Of course, Rob couldn't miss out on that. The mascot of the Salzburg CheckerBande made his grand entrance shortly before the award ceremony and ensured beaming faces with a dance performance.
After a meal together at the invitation of ALPQUELL, the Munich kids and their parents returned in the team bus to the Olympic Ice Stadium. A successful day all around!
