Optimized procedures at HENRY on home game days – Live broadcast on Sunday// CURRENTThe main entrance for our season ticket holders has changed for the new season. To further optimize your match day experience, the procedure at HENRY has now also been adjusted for our home games.At our home game opener last Sunday against the Pinguins Bremerhaven, our season ticket holders used entrance E8 for the first time instead of the previous entrance E7, which can no longer be used to access the stadium. This results in a number of optimized conditions for fans.
In order to make the time before the game as pleasant as possible for visitors to HENRY, the procedure in the restaurant will now also be changed until the start of the game.
The procedure at HENRY on game days explained:
- On game days, HENRY is open as usual and can be accessed via the terrace. During this time, the toilets in the arena concourse in the HENRY area are also accessible.
- When the stadium opens 90 minutes before kick-off, access to the arena concourse is possible with a valid ticket via the HENRY door towards E7 (see diagram).
- Guests with a valid ticket for the respective game no longer have to leave HENRY.
- If you have left HENRY towards the stadium concourse, a security check will take place. Upon re-entering HENRY, guests with tickets will receive a wristband that entitles them to re-enter the arena interior.
- A few minutes before the first face-off, HENRY will be fully integrated into the arena perimeter and the terrace doors will be closed. During this time, fans will not be able to remain in HENRY for a short period. However, as uncontrolled access to the outside is no longer possible, a wristband and security check are no longer required.
- As on the previous match day, smokers can use the designated smoking area on the other side.
As always, the stewards, EHC Red Bull München staff, and the service desk are available to answer any questions you may have.
Derby against Straubing on Sunday will be broadcast LIVE – beer promotion at HENRY
In addition to this change, there is more great news: this coming Sunday (4:30 p.m.), one of our team's games, specifically the derby against the Straubing Tigers, will be broadcast LIVE on the screens at HENRY for the first time.
There will also be a happy hour. From the start of the game until the end, a 0.5 liter Hacker-Pschorr Hell will cost only €3.90. The restaurant's normal opening hours will apply on game day. We look forward to seeing you there!
