Playoff Quarterfinals: EHC Red Bull München faces ERC Ingolstadt
Coach Oliver David’s team finished the regular season of the 2025/26 PENNY DEL season in fourth place. On the final day of the regular season, the four-time German champions lost 1–5 to the reigning champions, Eisbären Berlin.
Ingolstadt loses in final regular-season game
Now our team faces fifth-place ERC Ingolstadt in the quarterfinals; Ingolstadt lost its final regular-season game 3-5 to the Iserlohn Roosters.
The Upper Bavarian rivals last faced off in the 2022/23 season finals in a playoff series, which Munich won 4-1. This season, our team has won three of the four matchups, most recently a 4-0 home victory at the end of February.
EHC Red Bull München has home-ice advantage in the quarterfinals. The first game (March 24 | 7:00 p.m.) will therefore be held at SAP Garden, and the second home game will take place on March 29 (7:00 p.m.).
Holders of a “Flex Season Ticket” and a season ticket for the 2026/27 season with an early-bird discount have been able to convert their reserved seats in our Season Ticket Shop since Friday evening through Wednesday (March 18 | 12:00 PM). With an “All-Inclusive Season Ticket,” you don’t have to worry about a thing—your tickets for the playoffs will be automatically converted.
In addition, since Friday evening, every season ticket holder has had the opportunity to purchase additional tickets via the Ticket Shop for the two home quarterfinal games. The two quarterfinal games can only be booked in our Ticket Shop after logging in with an existing season ticket account.
