Accreditation
Registration form
General information
Accredited media representatives will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the instructions for entering the Olympic Ice Stadium.
Only full-time sports journalists and sports photographers who can present a national press card from a professional association and, on request, an editorial assignment are authorised to be accredited. The mere possession of a press card is not automatically sufficient to be accredited. In addition, the accredited photographer undertakes to comply with the photographer work areas designated by the DEL and Red Bull Munich and to position the equipment brought along in such a way as to avoid endangering other persons.
The accreditation period for individual matches usually ends three working days before the match day in question; different accreditation periods are possible.
Please note that Red Bull Munich is generally unable to issue car park accreditation.
Please note that there are no windows in the press stand. Red Bull München GmbH accepts no liability for any damage to property or physical injury.
Please always carry your accreditation visibly with you in the stadium. If an application for accreditation is not filled out truthfully or if the applicant violates the accreditation guidelines, the accreditation will be subsequently withdrawn. Further steps, such as the future rejection of accreditation requests, are possible.
Notes for photographers
Due to the implementation regulations of the German Ice Hockey League (PENNY DEL), all photographers taking photographs in the Olympic Ice Stadium in the Zamboni entrance area must wear a helmet that complies with DEL guidelines. The helmet must be carried by the respective photographer.
All photographers must wear a media badge when entering the stadium. The media badge will be handed out at the Ticket Centre together with the accreditation. Please note that we will retain a suitable ID document as security, which will be returned once the media badge has been returned.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that only FOUR photographers are allowed to take pictures at the same time at the perimeter in the Zamboni entrance. Red Bull Munich reserves the right to decide which colleagues use this area.
Procedure
After submitting the form, an automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent by e-mail. The application will then be checked. An acceptance or cancellation will usually be communicated by e-mail at least 48 hours before the start of the match.
Proof of authorisation | collection
The accreditation with the QR code authorising admission to the match in question will be made available to the applicant by e-mail. Photographers can collect their accreditation on match day on presentation of an ID card or press card from the Ticket Centre to the left of the main entrance to the Olympic Ice Stadium at Spiridon-Louis-Ring 3. The Ticket Centre opens 90 minutes before the start of the match.
Utilisation
If accepted, accreditation entitles the holder to use a permanently assigned workstation in one of the defined work areas. Accreditation does not automatically entitle the holder to enter the ice rink or the Bulls Lounge.
Internet access
A WLAN connection is available in the media stand. You will receive the login details with your accreditation. If you require a LAN connection or other technical requirements in the media stand, please let us know during the accreditation process.
