Accreditation
General Information
•
Accredited media representatives will receive a confirmation email containing all access information.
•
Only full-time sports journalists and sports photographers who can present a national press card issued by a professional association and, upon request, proof of an editorial assignment, are generally eligible for accreditation. Merely possessing a press card does not automatically qualify one for accreditation. Furthermore, accredited photographers agree to remain within the designated photography areas specified by the DEL and Red Bull Munich and to position their equipment in such a way that it does not pose a hazard to others.

The accreditation deadline for individual games generally ends three business days before the game date in question; different accreditation deadlines are possible.
•
Please ensure your accreditation is visible at all times while in the stadium. An accreditation application that is not completed truthfully or violations of the accreditation guidelines by the applicant will result in the subsequent revocation of accreditation. Further measures, such as the future rejection of accreditation requests, may be taken.
•
Free exit tickets for the SAP Garden (Parkharfe) parking lot are issued exclusively to full-time sports journalists and sports photographers who are currently covering the games. Only one exit ticket will be issued per media outlet.
Guidelines for Photographers and TV Crews
•
In accordance with the regulations of the German Ice Hockey League (PENNY DEL) and Red Bull München Stadion GmbH, all photographers and cameramen taking pictures at SAP Garden in the area between the players’ benches must wear a helmet that complies with the guidelines. Each photographer must bring their own helmet.

All photographers and camera operators must wear a media vest when entering the stadium. The media vest will be handed out along with the accreditation documents. Please note that, for security reasons, we will retain a valid form of identification, which will be returned once the media vest is returned.

Furthermore, as a precaution, we would like to point out that only FOUR photographers or cameramen are permitted to take photos or film at the same time along the boards between the players’ benches. Red Bull Munich reserves the right to decide which colleagues may use this area.
Procedure
•
After submitting the form, an automatic confirmation of receipt will be sent via email. The application will then be reviewed. You will be notified of approval or rejection via email in a timely manner before the start of the game.
Pickup
•
Media representatives can pick up their accreditation on game day upon presentation of a valid ID or press card.
Use
•
Accreditation entitles the holder to use a designated workstation in one of the designated work areas. Accreditation does not automatically grant access to the ice surface or the hospitality areas.
Internet Access
•
A Wi-Fi connection is available in the media box. You will receive the login credentials with your accreditation. Additionally, a LAN connection is available in the media box.
Photo and Media Gallery
•
Free-of-charge photos for editorial use from all Red Bulls competitive games and numerous other Red Bulls events are available in the Red Bulls media database.
•
You will receive the password for the media gallery via email after your editorial assignment has been reviewed; please send your request to: media@redbullmuenchen.de
