Episode 6 - “Who Are You?” with Bolle, Becker, and Warnecke
// Interview
“Players have performed well for their clubs”
U20 national team coach Tobias Abstreiter: “All the players have performed well in their leagues and at their home clubs. The roster looks a little different compared to the summer because the players from North America aren’t here this time. For the players who are getting a chance as a result, however, this is very positive, and we hope they’ll make the most of it. What’s particularly valuable about this training camp is that we’ll be playing three games on a smaller rink. That will help us draw the necessary conclusions for the future. We’ll build on that and continue to shape our priorities accordingly.”
U20 Head Coach Korbinian Holzer: “We’re really looking forward to the training camp in Finland and, above all, to seeing the guys again, and we want to take the next steps in our development with them there. Every single player has earned his spot through his performance with his club. For us as a team, it will be a challenging week with three games in three days against a strong opponent. We want to compete at a high level, maintain the standard we’ve established so far, and raise it even higher.”
