Our new bonus program
"Check Back" is the Red Bulls bonus program. It's an easy way to get hold of exclusive coupons. How about exclusive merchandise that can only be purchased via Check Back? Priceless experiences from the World of Red Bull, unique ticket highlights such as VIP tickets and seat free tickets or partner coupons as well as catering coupons with great menu offers. We explain how it works.
How to register for Check Back
First, you need to download the Red Bull Munich app from the App Store or Google Play Store. When you open the app, you will find the "My RBM " section at the top right. There you will also see the Check Back area. Under "Account", you can register in the app by clicking the "Join team" button. Once you have registered in the app, you are automatically part of our bonus program.
How to collect points
You can collect points every time you shop at SAP Garden. Whether in the Bullstore, in the Bullshops or at the kiosks. It is important that you scan your barcode, which you can find in the app in the My RBM section, before paying. Once you have successfully scanned it, you will immediately see your purchase assigned to your ID at the checkout. You will receive the first 250 points as a welcome bonus.
How to redeem your points
You can always find the latest offers in our "Coupon Shop" in the app. If you have saved enough points for your desired coupon, you will receive all the necessary information such as availability, quantity and validity by clicking on it. Once you have purchased the coupon with your points, you will find it in the "My coupons" section. Now note the description of how and where you can redeem your reward.
