Our new bonus program
"Check Back" is the Red Bulls' rewards program. It's an easy way to get your hands on exclusive coupons. How about exclusive merchandise that's only available through Check Back? Priceless experiences from the World of Red Bull, one-of-a-kind ticket perks like VIP tickets and complimentary seats, as well as partner coupons and catering coupons with great menu deals. We’ll explain how it works.
Here’s how to sign up for Check Back
First, you’ll need to download the Red Bull Munich app from the App Store or Google Play Store. When you open the app, you’ll find the “My RBM” section in the top right corner . There, you’ll also see the Check Back section. Under “Account,” you can register in the app by tapping the “Join Team” button. Once you’ve signed up in the app, you’re automatically part of our rewards program.
How to Earn Points
You can earn points with every purchase at the SAP Garden—whether at the Bullstore, the Bullshops, or the kiosks. It’s important to have your barcode—which you’ll find in the “My RBM” section of the app—scanned before paying. Once it’s successfully scanned, you’ll immediately see at the register that your purchase has been assigned to your ID. As a welcome bonus, you’ll receive your first 250 points for free.
How to Redeem Your Points
You’ll always find the latest offers in our “Coupon Shop” within the app. Once you’ve saved up enough points for the coupon you want, simply click on it to see all the necessary details, such as availability, quantity, and validity. Once you’ve purchased the coupon with your points, you’ll find it in the “My Coupons” section. Be sure to read the description of how and where you can redeem your reward.
Important Note: Points earned during the second-to-last season that were not redeemed will expire on May 31 of each year. Please note that points you earned during the 2025–26 season are exempt from expiration. You’ll carry over all of these points to the next season and have until May 31, 2027, to redeem them.
