- On the day of the match, the HENRY is open as normal and can be accessed via the terrace. During this time, access to the toilets in the arena walkway in the HENRY area is also possible.
- When the stadium opens 90 minutes before the start of the match, access to the arena walkway is possible with a valid ticket via the HENRY door in the direction of E7 (see diagram).
- In the event that you have left the HENRY in the direction of the stadium concourse, a security check will take place. When re-entering the HENRY, guests with a ticket will receive a wristband which entitles them to re-enter the arena.
- A few minutes before the first face-off, the HENRY will be fully integrated into the arena concourse and the terrace doors will be closed. During this time, fans will no longer be able to stay in the HENRY for a short time.
