EHC Red Bull München will participate in Südtirol Summer Classic & Warrior Cup
Our team will be competing in the Südtirol Summer Classic 2026 on August 29–30. We will also be competing in the Warrior Cup in Kaufbeuren on September 5–6, just as we did last year.
Kahun faces his former club
At the preseason tournament in Bolzano (Südtirol), the Red Bulls will face Lausanne HC from Switzerland in the semifinals. This will mark a reunion for Dominik Kahun with his former club. The game is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, at the Sparkasse Arena. In the second semifinal, host HC Bolzano will face the Brûleurs de Loups de Grenoble from France.
The placement matches will take place on Sunday, August 30: The third-place match begins at 4:00 p.m., and the final is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. Tickets for the tournament are expected to be available here starting in early August.
Ice Hockey Tournament in Kaufbeuren
On September 5 and 6, we’ll be heading to Kaufbeuren, just like last year. At the Warrior Cup, we’ll face the host team, ESV Kaufbeuren, in the semifinals on Saturday (5:00 p.m.) at the Energie Schwaben Arena. Before that, at 1:00 p.m., the Belfast Giants from Northern Ireland and HC Ambri-Piotta from Switzerland will battle it out for a spot in the final.
The final will then take place on Sunday, September 6, at 5:00 p.m. Before that, the two losing teams will compete for third place in the Warrior Cup at 1:00 p.m. Tickets for the popular tournament, including the fan festival, will be available here starting in the middle of next week. In addition, the Warrior Cup will be broadcast live on Sprade.TV.
With this, the summer schedule for Coach Oliver David’s team is taking shape. We’ll be playing our first preseason game against the Steinbach Black Wings Linz on August 16. The Red Bulls Salute in Zell am See is also on the schedule for August 21 and 22.
