Children visit EHC Red Bull München training on Tag der Schulen
School classes aged 4 to 17 took their places in the stands at SAP Garden with their supervisors and teachers in the morning. Even before training began, our mascot Mike created a great atmosphere and fulfilled a few photo and autograph requests.
Insights, surprises, and activities
As soon as the first players stepped onto the ice at the Bowl, our stadium announcer Wolfi took over as presenter. He explained to the children both the training procedures at our EHC Red Bull München and the sport of ice hockey in general. In addition, our currently injured forward Tobias Rieder and assistant coach Max Kaltenhauser gave interviews beside the ice.

Not only the school classes, but also the professionals were in high spirits. At the end of the training session, head coach Oliver David, defender Phillip Sinn, and other Red Bulls presented some lucky young spectators with a very special souvenir: a real puck.
Afterwards, the school classes were able to let off steam in the concourse with various activities such as the wheel of fortune, the shooting station, and a photo station with ice hockey equipment. Popcorn, fries, and other snacks were also provided. After three action-packed hours, the event at SAP Garden finally came to an end at 1 p.m.
