Max Bolle and Moritz Warnecke are from the Red Bull Hockey Academy
The 18-year-old Bolle joins Antoine Bibeau, Matthias Bittner, and Mathias Niederberger to round out the Red Bulls’ goalie quartet. The German U18 national team player has been training at the Red Bull Ice Hockey Academy since 2022 and most recently gained playing experience with the U20 team. His move to Munich marks the next step in his development.
Warnecke already gained his first experience at the professional level last season. The 18-year-old defenseman made eleven appearances for Red Bull München during the DEL regular season and also impressed with the Red Bull Hockey Juniors in the Alps Hockey League.

Both players exemplify the development path within the Red Bull hockey organization. After several years in the academy, they now have the opportunity to establish themselves permanently at the professional level.

Bolle will wear jersey number 1 in Munich, while Warnecke will wear number 9.
