Simon Wolf receives new development license for the Blue Devils Weiden// PERSONNELEHC Red Bull München has granted goalkeeper Simon Wolf a new development license for the Blue Devils Weiden in DEL2. The 21-year-old was previously eligible to play for Eisbären Regensburg in DEL2 under a development license.
The transfer of his playing license from Regensburg to Weiden now allows Wolf to gain regular playing experience at a high level and prepare for future tasks in Germany's top ice hockey league under real competitive conditions.
His appearances in Weiden are coordinated closely with our sports management.
Wolf has already played four competitive games for the Red Bulls this season, achieving a save percentage of 85.7 percent. In addition to the left-handed goalkeeper, the Red Bulls also have national goalkeepers Mathias Niederberger, Antoine Bibeau, and Matthias Bittner under contract. The young goalkeeper's appearances for the Blue Devils Weiden are coordinated closely with the Red Bulls' sports management.
