EHC Red Bull München and fan representatives establish joint fan working group// FANSIn order to enrich communication between EHC Red Bull München and its fans, a joint fan working group has been established. It meets three times per season and works together to find solutions to the most important issues affecting fans. The aim of the fan working group is to establish a permanent and constructive dialogue on equal terms between the club management, the relevant departments of the club, and the fan base. All fan-related topics should be discussed and dealt with in a solution-oriented manner.
The fan working group is composed as follows
The group of participants should reflect a broad spectrum of fan opinions, but at the same time remain limited to a maximum of 20 people. There must be a mix of continuity and renewal. This will be ensured by elections and a lottery system, which will take place every two years at the most.
The fan working group consists of three fan representatives elected directly by the fans, one elected representative of an official fan club, four season ticket holders selected by lottery (two season ticket holders with seats, two season ticket holders with standing room), a lead singer or capo, and a representative for people with disabilities elected by the club. Representatives of the club's management and individual departments are also members of the fan working group.

These are the objectives
The fan working group takes into account as wide a range of questions, opinions, and needs from the fan community as possible. All topics relevant to fans can be brought up by all participants, as can current developments, ideas, suggestions, and recommendations. However, all topics should be relevant to at least a large part of the fan base or be of significant importance for another reason. Since the views of the fan community are to be discussed, all fan representatives in the working group will gather opinions on the topics from the groups they represent. Fans who would like to raise issues can also contact the fan representatives themselves.
The fan working group meets three times a year. Once at the beginning of the DEL season (September/October), once in the middle of the season (January/February), and once after the end of the season (May/June). Additional meetings may be convened for valid reasons.
Invitations to regular and, if necessary, extraordinary meetings of the fan working group are sent by the club in consultation with the working group four weeks before the respective date, including the preliminary agenda, to all members by email.
Here's how you stay informed
Two sets of protocols are drawn up for each fan working group. The first set is a working protocol and is intended exclusively for internal use by all participants as a working basis and for the traceability of past discussions. The second set is the results protocol of the meeting. This records all important results and decisions and is intended for publication. The protocols are drawn up by the club in consultation with the participants. The results report is published approximately two weeks after the meeting.
The fan working group held its first meeting in May. Manfred Kiemer, Tine Eglmeier, Franzl Demir, Cornelia Limbacher, Lorenz Fetzer, Franz Penterling, Christian “Elvis” Kaut, Christian Bayerle, Frank Rimann, Renè Bruns and Marco Andörfer took part on the fans' side. In addition to the official decision to establish the working group, the first relevant topics were discussed. The results report for the first meeting is already available.
In addition to all results reports, you can now find all information and any updates relating to the fan working group here.
