Personnel changes at the Red BullsHede and Chyzowski leave | Funk moves | Rautert arrives// STAFFThere will be personnel changes at Rookie Bulls München e. V., the youth division of EHC Red Bull München, and in the club's professional division as of July 1.Niklas Hede, head of the youth department since 2020, and Ron Chyzowski, head youth coach since 2011, will be leaving the organization. After many successful years, Hede is returning to his home country of Finland at his own request. He will be succeeded by Lorenz Funk, who has been supporting the Red Bulls as manager of the professional team since 2023 and works closely with Managing Director Sports Christian Winkler. “Thanks to his extensive experience from numerous ice hockey positions, he has outstanding ice hockey expertise, especially in the youth sector. Lenz was at Niklas' side during the Rookie Bulls' first season and is therefore the best replacement to continue the positive development of our youth department,” says Winkler.
Chyzowski's responsibilities will be continued internally in order to ensure continuity and high quality in the training of young talent.

Rautert reinforces the professional sports department
At the same time, a familiar face is returning in a new role: Neville Rautert, who played for Munich alongside Hede during the 2010 promotion season, will be joining the professional sports department. “I'm incredibly happy that Neville is coming home. He has developed steadily over the past few years, knows the European and North American markets very well, and works at a very high organizational level. The initial discussions between Neville, Oliver David, and myself were very trusting, which is the basis for good cooperation,” said Winkler. After his active career, Rautert worked as a team manager in Munich and at ERC Ingolstadt, among other places.
